So this is the end of Barairo no Hoo no Koro! The extra is called "Take My Hand, Walk on the Wildside" and is about a meeting between Andrew, Paul and J as adults! This takes place after the three volumes of J no Subete (and is also connected to Belgian Waffle), but yeah, that series isn't completely scanlated yet, so do you dare to read it? I say; read it! Sparviero and I were delighted at the very lovely side of Andrew that is shown in it.

We had Utsubora on our future projects list, but it has been licensed by North American publisher Vertical, so we've dropped it. It will be released as one sexy volume in June, is what I've heard. Buy it! It's definitely worth it.

On a completely different note, my refrigerator and deep freeze broke yesterday. Aaaggahhagaagh! But don't worry, I just drank the sorrow of loosing my milk 'n' cheese away. That's the logical way to go around it, you see.

—University has started! We might be a bit slower at releasing chapters from now on, but we'll still be doing regular releases nonetheless. Sparviero and I have been discussing future projects, and have selected a handful of not-yet-scanlated or stalled/abandoned projects that we think need some love. These will be revealed later on, as we progress in scanlating. —Look forward to it!!! We've picked some lovely stuff.

This time we bring you the 5th chapter of 2 Shuukan no Adventure!
It's the first part of a two-chapters story revolving around Eugene and Gerry from Barairo no Hoo no Koro. The story, titled "His left eye", takes place after J no Subete (but don't worry, it doesn't contain spoilers ;) ) and it's meant to be read between volume one and two of J.

This brings us to the matter of J no subete...
After thinking about it, and knowing that there are already two valid groups scanlating it, Oriolidae and I decided to drop this project in favour of working on "shiny new project(s)" ＼(★^O^★)／
We'll announce soon what the new manga we decided to scanlate are,
for now, enjoy this chapter!

Sorry for the delay! I've been busy packing my stuff all day, since I've just been accepted into university (does a pirouette on the spot). This is the last chapter of the main story. Quite a ride, if you ask me. There is an extra in this volume too, but since it takes place after J no Subete, we wanted to release it after we'd scanlated J no Subete. We wanted to release it in chronological order, you see. If you want to know more about the order in which this should be read, check the Current Projects page.

We had planned J no Subete v01ch03 as our next release, but it seems that we have a project clash with Echochi Scans, whom just released the whole first volume. It saddens me that this happened, since we'd already begun working quite hard on it. Sigh. We'll see how it goes from here...

So the fourth chapter is out. Aah, it's kind of a toughie. I wouldn't have guessed that Gus had such a weird philosophical side to him. I just kind of sat there in silence for a moment and let the birds chirp a bit. Hope you enjoy it!

Wallpaper: J no Subete

While you're waiting for the next release, I thought you might want a wallpaper with some of Nakamura Asumiko's artwork. This is just a weird assumption, since I want to stick her artwork all over the place. On the fridge, the loo, on the butt, wherever it is possible! I chose J no Subete artwork, since that's what I'm cleaning/editing at the moment.

On another note, Sparviero and I have decided to schedule our releases, since we're both busy university folks (or at least Sparviero is, I don't know if I've been admitted yet, hahaha). Now we will be releasing a chapter approximately every two weeks. That means that chapter 04 of Barairo no Hoo no Koro will be released around this Wednesday. Cheers!

Oh, and we're happy to announce that we've decided... To take on J no Subete as a future project! But we're only human, so it'll probably take quite a while before we get to that project.

Sparviero and I wished for Barairo no Hoo no Koro to be completely scanlated, and since that doesn't seem to be happening anytime soon, we decided to finish it ourselves. I'm very thankful that Sparviero agreed to be the translator for this project. She's done a great job.

It's the first manga chapter I have ever edited, and I must say... I have the utmost respect for all scanlation groups out there. It's quite the process. And SFXs are seriously undervalued. Haha!
